Summer Mushrooms

Instructor: Mike Schulz. Summer is a peak time for mushrooming, so join expert Mike Schulz as we learn about summer’s mushroom montage! This class includes a presentation on mushroom identification and easily identified edibles, as well as an informative foray through the garden. You will cook and sample all the edible finds. Students are encouraged to bring in unknown mushrooms to identify.$80.00.
