Young Agrarians Website

Young Agrarians is a Canada‑wide, farmer‑to‑farmer educational network that supports new and young ecological, organic, and regenerative farmers through programs, resources, events, and land access initiatives.

Since 2012, the organization has been growing connections to the land and to each other by offering apprenticeships, business mentorship, land‑matching, e‑learning, and practical tools that help people start, grow, and transition farm businesses.

As a registered Canadian charity, Young Agrarians operates programs such as the Apprenticeship Program, B.C. Land Matching Program, Business Mentorship Network, and a robust schedule of online and in‑person events, alongside a rich library of guides, toolkits, and a national U‑Map directory of farms, jobs, and land opportunities.

The network emphasizes community, peer‑to‑peer learning, equity, and reconciliation, helping thousands of emerging farmers access knowledge, land, financing, and supportive communities across the country.

While based in British Columbia, they have provincial representatives. Find your province chapter in their directory.
