Now serving her fourth term as president, Michael has designed food forests and edible landscapes across Alberta since 2011 through Genesis Permaculture. She teaches workshops on soil health, rainwater harvesting, and regenerative living.

Sarah spent 20+ years as a geotechnical engineer before permaculture pulled her in for good. She earned her Permaculture Design Certificate in 2022 and now brings that technical background, plus a lifelong love of nature, to her role as EPG's Vice President.
