Holistic Health Cuba 2016!
Join us for an inspiring and rejuvenating experience of Cuba’s thriving holistic health and organic agriculture movements!
Enjoy the best of both worlds! During our 11 day adventure together, we will experience and practise firsthand a number of invigorating natural health modalities (yoga, tai chi, meditation, macrobiotics, traditional Chinese medicine, massage, and more) and we will visit some of Cuba’s most inspiring and cutting edge organic farmers and permaculturalists.
The fascinating thing is that BOTH of these movements have grown out of Cuba’s need to innovate and adapt given the isolation, predation and embargo that the country has been subject to over the past 50 years. And thre results have been nothing short of amazing.
