Introduction to Permaculture

Hear from Marsha Shack and Melissa Wilk from Win EcoSciences, and Kazimir Haykowsky from Spruce Permaculture covering a range of topics related to the wonderful world of permaculture. Learn about the principles of permaculture, functional interconnectivity, basic design techniques, social permaculture, and ideas for your property!
The Details:
This event will run from 9:30am to 4:00pm at Grant MacEwan University. Sponsored by Grant MacEwan’s Office of Sustainability.
Registration begins at 930am and class begins promptly at 10am. Lunch will be at 1200pm for 45 mins.
*Please note – The food court at Grant MacEwan will be closed but other restaurants are readily available nearby.*
What to Expect:
The day will consist of lecture, group exercises and personal experience from our teachers. All you will need to bring is writing material (pen/paper), your own lunch and an inquisitive heart!
Cost is $50
However if you are a member of Edmonton Permaculture Guild your entry is paid by the guild. To become a member please visit us here .
